Terms of Service

ANNABARSKA Personal Styling & Fashion Career Coaching (“ANNABARSKA,” “we,” “us,” “our”) provides its services (described below) to you through its website located at www.annabarska.com (the “Site”) and through its related offerings (collectively, such services, including any new features and applications, and the Site, the “Service(s)”), subject to the following Terms of Service (as amended from time to time, the “Terms of Service”). These Terms form a binding agreement between you and ANNABARSKA and govern your use of the website and all services offered through it.

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to change or modify portions of these Terms of Service at any time.

Services Description

ANNABARSKA provides personal styling, educational, and career coaching resources intended to help clients develop their style, personal presentation, and professional direction within the fashion industry.

  • Styling Services: We locate and recommend clothing, accessories, and related items at an agreed-upon budget and brand preference.

  • Career Coaching: We offer career guidance, mentoring, and educational coaching for individuals pursuing or advancing a career in fashion design and related creative fields.

Coaching sessions may include feedback on portfolios, resumes, interviews, and career development strategies.
All coaching is educational and advisory in nature and is not a recruitment, employment, or admissions service.

Career Coaching Disclaimer

By participating in any coaching or mentorship session, you acknowledge and agree that:

  • Coaching is designed to provide education, support, and industry insights — not to guarantee employment, college admission, or financial results.

  • ANNABARSKA is not an employment agency, recruiter, or admissions representative.

  • All decisions related to your career, education, or business are solely your responsibility.

  • Any examples of success or past client outcomes are for illustrative purposes only and do not represent a guarantee of future results.

You agree that ANNABARSKA shall not be held liable for any decisions, results, or actions taken following coaching sessions or use of the information provided.

Refund Policy

All sales of personal styling or coaching service packages are final.
Coaching and styling sessions are non-refundable once purchased or scheduled.
Rescheduling may be permitted with at least 24 hours’ notice and subject to availability.

Digital downloads, guides, and online courses are also final sale.

Limitation of Liability (Expanded)

You agree to absolve ANNABARSKA of any and all liability or loss that you or any person or entity associated with you may suffer or incur as a result of the use of information, guidance, or advice received through coaching or styling services.
This includes any loss or damage resulting from employment outcomes, admissions decisions, or career advancement results.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ANNABARSKA shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, punitive, incidental, or consequential damages of any kind.

Client Responsibility

Clients are expected to:

  • Attend sessions on time and communicate scheduling changes promptly.

  • Take full responsibility for their own decisions and results.

  • Refrain from sharing, reselling, or redistributing proprietary materials provided during sessions.​

Right to Suspend or Terminate

ANNABARSKA reserves the right to suspend or discontinue services to any client who violates these terms, engages in disrespectful or inappropriate behavior, or misuses materials provided during coaching.

Governing Law and Arbitration

This agreement shall be governed by the laws of the State of California.
Any disputes arising from or relating to these Terms shall be resolved exclusively through binding arbitration in Los Angeles, California.
